Some parts, which used to be difficult to be formed with previous forming process, can be formed precisely at one time operation to lead to the reduction of material waste.

  3. Rotary Roll Former for forming and sizing in hot state is also available.

Shrinker
Shrinker functions in the reverse action to shrink the materials inwardly. This is suitable for the production of parts which requires high precision on outer diameter.
Special Features
  1. Some parts, which used to require plural process to be formed with previous forming process, can be formed precisely at one time operation.
  2. The operation with KOJIMA's Shrinker performs the saving of materials compared with Mechanical Process and Plural Process production.
  3. Improving the strength of products by Cold Process eliminates the stress to obtain high stability.
